2013-04-16 Training

Took yesterday off and had Chiro. I feel a bit rusty and run down, squats took there toll from Sunday. I mowed the lawn for my warmup. Doing snatch pulls with hips a bit lower today. I find that I am using my glutes more in the extension from that position. Maybe before I was in too much of a stiff leg deadlift position. Thank goodness it was a light session today. I will be ready for a tough day tomorrow.
