2013-06-09 training.

Doing some power clean and split jerks really tired me out. I did double 140kg though. I am still not in my best shape but hopefully in the next week I start to climb out of the hole. Last nights dinner was deer steak with broccoli and potatoes. I used Greek yogurt instead of sour cream on top! Steak was cooked rare with Montréal steak spice.
